Hi,

Version 1.8 adds stability specifically under Windows 7. New features are described in News section on our web here: What's new

Note that this version provides new object model for PageSetup component. Instead of fully unique model presented before, now PageSetup component is fully compatible with standard TPageSetupDialog component so you can migrate existing code very easy.
